SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 USD worldwide. 

For orders under $99 USD, the following flat shipping rates apply:
* United States: $8.99 USD Standard Shipping
* International Regions (UK, CA, AU, NZ, EU, etc.): $7.99 USD Standard Shipping


DELIVERY TIMEFRAME & ORDER FULFILLMENT

To help you understand when your package will arrive, we break down our shipping process into two clear stages:

1. Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Shanghai Standard Time (Monday to Friday)
2. Order Handling & Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). 
3. Transit & Shipping Time: 6 to 12 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Order Handling Time (1–3 Days) + Transit Time (6–12 Days) = 7 to 15 Business Days.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will immediately receive a dispatch email containing your logistics tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress.


DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by and charged in accordance with the local customs policies of your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@adaychic.com before your order is shipped.
* Before Shipment: We will do our best to update your delivery address in our system.
* After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the shipping address cannot be changed or intercepted. Please double-check your shipping details during checkout to avoid delivery failure.

2. How do I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package online.
* Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking information in their system.
* If you do not see any tracking updates after 3 business days, please contact us at service@adaychic.com, and we will investigate the status of your shipment immediately.
