Since all of our products are custom-made, it takes 3-7 days to produce them.

Standard Shipping: Delivery in 7-15 business days ($8.99USD) You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our warehouse so you can see what carrier will deliver your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.

Q9. Why hasnt my tracking information updated?

Tracking updates may be temporarily delayed due to customs inspections or carrier processing. Once the package clears, tracking information will resume updating.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, with prior authorization from customer service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
