RETURN POLICY – adaychic

Thank you for shopping at Adaychic. Our quality control teams will inspect your items before shipping to assure your satisfaction, and quality is guaranteed. We accept return demands within 15 days after delivery.

How To Return & Refund?

  • Take a clear photo of the item.
  • Contact our customer service team via service@adaychic.com.
  • Send the photos and order ID to the customer service team and tell them about your problems and the resolution you prefer. Return? Refund? Exchange? Resend?
  • The customer service team will offer you the address please do not send the package back to where it came from, or it will delay your refund procedure.
  • Notify us of the tracking number after you have returned the item(s).

Special Notes

  • The Package must be restored to the unopened state.
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • The package must be sent to the address that is offered by the email the company address on our site.
  • The customer is responsible for all return charges.
  • No exchange returns or amendments on promotional items or last-chance items.
  • The customer should be responsible for the delivery problems caused by the wrong address.
  • Returns will be processed within 15 days upon receipt of your package.
  • Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.
  • Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable and customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. Because all items are made-to-order, we do not have ready-made shirts or products that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. You will need to return unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy), and then place a new order for the replacement items. All new orders are subject to the current production period.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All our items are made-to-order, including standard-size items, with this in mind, please refer to our cancellation policy below:

   • Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after 1 day.
   • Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
   • Cancel order >24 hours after payment: 95% refund(deduct 5% processing fee).
   • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your order.
